Responsible for managing the company’s legal aspects, ensuring that all documents, contracts, and operational activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Job Description

  • Draft, review, and evaluate business agreements and contracts.
  • Prepare legal opinions related to operational matters.
  • Handle business licensing processes and renewal of legal documents.
  • Provide legal assistance during disputes or legal proceedings when necessary.
  • Ensure the company’s compliance with government laws and regulations.

Job Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (preferably in Business or Civil Law).
  • 1–3 years of experience as a Corporate Legal Officer.
  • Proficient in legal drafting and regulatory analysis.
  • High integrity, strong communication, and analytical skills.
