Job Description
- Draft, review, and evaluate business agreements and contracts.
- Prepare legal opinions related to operational matters.
- Handle business licensing processes and renewal of legal documents.
- Provide legal assistance during disputes or legal proceedings when necessary.
- Ensure the company’s compliance with government laws and regulations.
Job Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (preferably in Business or Civil Law).
- 1–3 years of experience as a Corporate Legal Officer.
- Proficient in legal drafting and regulatory analysis.
- High integrity, strong communication, and analytical skills.
