Job Summary

Responsible for providing nursing care during surgical procedures in accordance with patient safety standards.

Job Description

• Prepare surgical instruments, equipment, and operating room according to SOPs.
• Assist anesthesiologists and surgeons during surgical procedures.
• Ensure patient safety and maintain sterility throughout the operation.
• Manage and control inventory of surgical instruments and consumable materials.
• Accurately document all surgical procedures and nursing activities.

Job Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (S1 Nurse).
• Valid Nursing Registration (STR) and Operating Room (OR/OT) training certificate preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an operating theatre setting.
• Detail-oriented, disciplined and able to perform under critical conditions.
